If you love books and art, there’s a new Clay Center book club that focuses on the exciting world of art.  The first week there will be an art lecture, two weeks later a discussion about a chosen book and the third week allows for an inside view of the art museum’s permanent collection.

The April book is “Portrait of a Killer” by Patricia Cornwell. The cost is $12 for members, $15 for nonmembers. To register, call 561-3517. The fee includes all three sessions per month but does not include the book.
