Gazz cover: July 13, 2006
The thought came to us a moment ago here at thegazz.com that, given the webbishness of this publication, many of you reading gazz online may call home, for instance, the Welsh town of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (Which, of course, you already know means "St. Mary's Church in the hollow of white hazel near a rapid whirlpool and the Church of St. Tysilio near the red cave.") Hence, given that you live in Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (townsfolk shorten it to Llanfair P.G.), you will never ever get a chance to see the real-world, dead-tree cover of the gazz, which comes out every Thursday tucked inside the Charleston Gazette, here in Charleston, W.Va. Well, here it is our dear readers in Llanfair P.G., or in the town of A, in the Lofoten Islands in the Arctic Circle. This is the way gazz looks when it's printed on flattened trees. Did anyone notice the guy smoking a bowl in the lower right-hand corner? Tee-hee.
I missed that because I was busy changing my morphine and methadone patches. One on each shoulder.
Can you imagine that guy going for a job interview with, say, I don't know, the DEA, and them pulling out a copy of the 7.13 Gazz and saying "YOU'RE BUSTED, HIPPY!"
I actually tried to get Gazzed to get us media passes to go film that, but then I came to my senses. Then, I sucked what was left out of the patches.
Seriously, drug use is wrong. If I went up there and was exposed to pot smoke, anything I ever said from there on out would be pointless crap.
