CoffeeshopScape: Espresso Yourself

Being the cappuccino snob that I must admit I am, I no longer go to Taylor's Books (above) for my caffeination. I find the espresso/cappuccino on offer (and for sale in bean form) at Sophia's Gourmet Coffeeshop to be far preferable, toastier and burnt in the fashion of European espresso offerings. That said, the interior of Taylor's, at 226 Capitol St., is a more preferable place for lounging, hanging out, wirelessly computing, reading, whiling away your afternoon. This is where I also buy my journals and the occasional mango smoothie and cheese plate, not to mention owner Ann Saville's scrumptious soups like tomato-basil and chunky gazpacho.
