Charleston ia not generally a very colorful city -- I mean that literally. There is little color adorning downtown buildings, shopfronts, doors. It takes a bold city to colorize itself or to allow buidlings to even be colored. Europe and the British and Celtic Isles do this better than we do. But here. at least, is a splash of orange on this building along Quarrier Street, at its intersection with McFarland.
