Lots of pillars downtown -- but this one has some serious ornamental detail to it. Where might you find this Corinthian column?

I recognize it not by it's capitals, but by the curious joints in the column segments. I used to wait for my mom to pick me up at this corner when I went to Frankenbergers next door.
