This peaceful morning view of the South Side Bridge will soon be replaced by the hubbub, clamor and commotion of a city turned into a citywide festival. I intend to be out on the streets enjoying the multifarious events featured far and wide across the town during FestivALL Charleston this Friday through Sunday. Water taxis! Music, art, dance and theater in the streets and in every venue you can think of! It's enough to make you think a bit of citified European life had blown across the Atlantic into these hills.
