Since the recent Bank One changeover to Chase bank, the Charleston skyline's new word up says this. Which may cause confused passersby to conclude, after a beer or two, that the capital city of the Mountain State is not Charleston, but Chase, W.Va., since the word is now so prominent in the city's skyline.
