QuizScape: Where Does the Eagle Fly?

Where in downtown Charleston can you find this rectalinear eagle perched? Hint: it's not a front entrance. This is the third in a series of DowntownWV architectural detail quizes. Purveyors of correct Quizscape answers get their names dropped into a random drawing for ridiculous swag of a photographic/architectural or fundamentally useless, but amusing sort. Just post your answer in the 'Comments' below. If you do not already have a blogger.com account, you will be asked to create a user name and password. No need to create a blog! (Even though blogger will ask if you want to. Tell it to fob off.)

May 11 addendum: Hmmmm. Does this one have viewers a bit stumped? Hint Deux: This is an official eagle of the U.S. government downtown. It's a place you go when you need to put your stamp on something.

I'm assuming it is the main Post Office on Lee and Dickinson St. but you never know for sure......

Enfin! Oui, that is the correct answer, only this is an eagle above the side entrance to the post office. See the photo posted above.
