The Quarrier Diner, 1022 Quarrier St., is, alas, closed as a restaurant. (The space lives on downstairs as a gay and happy redoubt, The Tap Room.) Its exterior is as fine an example of downtown Art Deco as you are likely to find outside of well... the Blossom Deli, a block west. (Or the lovely Greyhound bus station in downtown Huntington,which shares the same window treatment as the Quarrier.)
